Week 17: launching the Studio Log

A heads-down week for us, mostly Mieter App and SEOMAX cleanup, with the studio website itself getting most of the leftover hours we had.

  • Mieter App shipped 1.4.1 with Dresden and Bremen Mietspiegel added; week 17 was the PLZ-boundary cleanup pass that took our test count from 98 to 117.
  • SEOMAX kept our multi-tenant row-level security migration in review; we also wrote up why we killed the Chrome extension after the Manifest V3 review-queue tax got too expensive for us.
  • 99ersstudio.com got the Studio Log launched with twelve of our posts across nine of twelve template types, a procedural SVG header system per post, full-text search via pagefind, an interactive Mietpreis demo on our case study, and a /now plus /uses plus /colophon page set.
  • Betriebskosten OCR scanner stays on its own branch; our evaluation set sits at 87 percent accuracy and we will not ship until 92.
  • Crosspost pipeline got our X and LinkedIn implementations in, but they are inactive until our OAuth tokens land. Mastodon already works for us.

Next week: the Nebenkostenprüfung explanation strings for our Mieter App 1.4.2 (target ship 2026-05-08), and our first cron-driven auto-post via the Windows Task Scheduler integration we wired up this week.
