How we handle incidents

A real outage gets an entry in the Studio Log within one hour of detection, a fix within 24 hours for user-facing apps, and a retrospective post within two weeks for anything longer than six hours of disruption.

For app-specific issues with a device and version attached, email [email protected]. For live outages, Mastodon is faster.
